The entire process felt rushed and the salon was quite crowded — many people seemed to be there just to chat rather than for appointments, which made the atmosphere chaotic. During the blow-dry, there was quite a bit of hair pulling, and unfortunately my haircut didn’t turn out the way I wanted. This was disappointing, especially since my first visit here was really nice and that’s why I decided to come back. Sadly, this experience was not the same.

Mariyam war super freundlich und hat mir als Kundin stets ein gutes Gefühl gegeben. Sie hat eindeutig viel Erfahrung und Wissen und auch die Haarwäsche allein war super entspannend, weil Sie mich keinerlei Hektik spüren ließ und angenehme sanft arbeitete. Ich lasse mir wirklich regelmäßig die Augenbrauen zupfen/formen und färben, aber noch nie hat jemand auf Anhieb ohne nachbessern die Augenbrauen so perfekt hinbekommen. Auch die Haare fielen nach dem Fönen und locken gut. Vielen lieben Dank!
